Plastiq Connect offers a suite of payment reporting and insight capabilities via our Partner Portal to enable integrating platforms to gauge powerful business metrics and confidently drive business decisions.

Currently, this suite of business reports and insights are only available in production.

Reporting Services

In the navigation bar, you can find a tab that reads "Reporting".

If you click on this tab and you have no activity on your platform, you will see a zero state page giving you a glance at the reporting features you will have access to once your integration comes online in production.

If you have already started processing payments with Plastiq Connect, you will see a dropdown at the center of the screen that displays the most recent month with payment activity. When the dropdown is clicked, it displays a list of the past twelve rolling months or the months since your integration saw its first payment.

You may select a month from the dropdown to download reports as a CSV file.

Monthly Payments Report

Monthly Payment Reports are intended to highlight key payment trends by capturing activity across key business vectors; such as payment method, payment method product type, source currency, target currency, and payment_receiving method.

The reports will display the total number of payments, total principal amount, total fee, total transaction amount, and share of total transaction amount across the unique groups mentioned above.

Payment Insights Dashboard

In the navigation bar, you can find a tab that reads "Dashboard".

If you click on this tab and you have no activity on your platform, you will see a zero state page giving you a glance at the insights features you will have access to once your integration comes online in production.

If you have already started processing payments with Plastiq Connect, you will be able to see an array of charts that will display the key insights with regards to the type, number, and volume of payments made by your customers.

Examples include payment volume across countries over time, payment volume by payment method type across time, payment volume share across card brands, etc.
