Webhook Subscription

Plastiq Connect uses Webhooks to notify clients about asynchronous API lifecycle events.

Partners may provide a URL to subscribe and unsubscribe to Plastiq Connect Webhooks. Additionally, a partner may edit the URL provided.

A URL subscription immediately receives Plastiq Connect Webhook notifications, if applicable. Removal of that subscription immediately removes that URL from receiving any Webhook notifications from Plastiq Connect.

Partners may only provide one URL to subscribe to all Plastiq Connect webhooks.

Onboarding Requirements

Note that, unlike API Keys and Whitelisted IPs, you do not need to subscribe to Webhooks in order to begin development with Plastiq Connect.
